We want you to feel confident and powerful in your POPFLEX gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit wasn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined portal makes the process quick and easy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
